Refund Policy

Free Trial

All Vault subscription plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed.

Subscription Refunds

Vault subscriptions are billed monthly. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of a billing period.

If you cancel your subscription, access continues until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged due to a technical error on our part
  • You were charged after a confirmed cancellation
  • You are entitled to a refund under applicable UK consumer law

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge by emailing dax@espaceproperty.com with your account email and a description of the issue.

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, contact us at dax@espaceproperty.com. We will confirm cancellation within 24 hours and ensure no further charges are made.
